What we collect, and what we don't

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

We collect as little as possible, we never sell your information, and the free phone card never requires an email at all.

The free phone card & the letter

To get the free “Ask Them First” card you join Frank's weekly letter with your email; you are then sent to the card's free download. We store that email with our email provider (Kit) to send the letter and the card link. That is the only thing we ask for, we never sell it, and you can unsubscribe from any letter in one click.

What we collect

Email list (optional): if you subscribe, we store your email address with our email provider (Kit) to send the weekly letter and product updates.
Purchases: when you buy Frank's Folder, Gumroad — the merchant of record for the sale — collects the information needed to process payment, tax, and delivery, typically your email and payment details, under Gumroad's own Privacy Policy. Payment card details are handled by Gumroad and its processors; we never see or store your full card number. From a completed sale we receive limited information — usually your email and order details — to deliver the file and provide support.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for: the product file, the receipt, the weekly letter (if you opted in), and support replies. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Third parties

We rely on a few service providers who process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms: Gumroad (checkout, delivery, refunds), Kit (email list), and Cloudflare (website hosting and security). Our pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your device's IP address is sent to Google to deliver the fonts. The site runs no advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected] and we will handle it promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests.
